Terms of service
The terms for using Wafa’s website, digital card, and services. Wafa is preparing to launch; app features become available when the service launches.
About Wafa
Wafa provides Wafa, a digital card service for participating businesses in Duhok. These terms cover this website and the Wafa customer service. Business partnerships may have a separate agreement. Using a business’s products or services is also subject to that business’s own terms.
Using the service
You must be legally able to accept these terms, or use Wafa with a parent or guardian’s permission where required. Provide accurate information and use the service for lawful personal or authorised business purposes.
You are responsible for protecting your account and card. Do not share sign-in credentials, impersonate someone, or access another person’s account. Tell us if you believe your account or card has been misused.
Stamps and rewards
Each business runs its own reward programme. Stamps from one business do not count towards another business’s reward. A qualifying visit, required stamp count, reward, availability, and any restrictions are determined by the issuing business and shown in its offer.
Stamps and rewards have no cash value unless the issuing business expressly says otherwise. They cannot be sold, duplicated, or obtained through false transactions. Redemption takes place with the business that issued the reward. Read the rewards and community policies for more information.
Business enquiries
Submitting an enquiry gives Wafa permission to reply about that enquiry. It does not create a partnership, guarantee acceptance, or commit you to any fees. Any business pricing, responsibilities, and start date will be agreed separately before onboarding.
Acceptable use
Do not create fake stamps or visits, manipulate reward balances, harass staff or other customers, submit misleading business information, scrape personal information, or interfere with the service’s security. We may restrict an account or reverse activity where there is a reasonable basis to believe it involves fraud, error, or a breach of these terms. Contact us if you believe a restriction is incorrect.
Availability and changes
Wafa may update features, temporarily interrupt access for maintenance, or stop offering a feature. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every business will participate. Before launch, features and availability may change. Material updates to these terms will be reflected on this page; where appropriate, we will also notify affected users through the service.
Ownership and external services
Wafa’s branding, software, and website content belong to their respective owners. You may use them to access the service, but may not copy or commercially reuse them without permission. Sign-in providers, wallet platforms, and business websites have their own terms and privacy practices.
Responsibility and disputes
Participating businesses are responsible for their products, service, and fulfilment of their offers. Wafa is responsible for operating its digital service. If an issue concerns a purchase or reward, contact the issuing business first; we can help investigate a problem with the stamp record.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us before escalating a dispute so we have an opportunity to resolve it. These terms do not require you to waive mandatory consumer rights.
Privacy and contact
Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Questions, account issues, and disputes can be sent to info@wafa.krd.
