One business, one programme

Your Wafa card identifies you across participating places, but each business has a separate stamp balance and offer. Stamps cannot be combined between businesses. Check the specific business’s requirements before collecting.

Qualifying visits

A business decides which purchases or visits qualify for a stamp, including any exclusions or limits. Staff add the stamp after checking that the visit qualifies. Keep your purchase receipt if you may need help with a missing or incorrect stamp.

Redeeming rewards

Redeem a completed reward with the business that issued it. Any expiry, booking requirement, availability condition, or exclusion must be stated in the offer. A reward is not exchangeable for cash unless the business explicitly offers that option. Staff may verify your card and reward before redemption.

Changes, refunds, and closures

A business may update an offer. Ask the business how changes affect progress already earned. Refunds or cancelled qualifying transactions may result in a related stamp being corrected. If a business stops participating or closes, contact it about outstanding rewards; Wafa cannot fulfil another business’s product or service.

Missing or incorrect stamps

Contact the business first and explain the visit, date, and issue. If the digital record still appears incorrect, contact Wafa with the relevant business name and date. Never share account passwords. Corrections depend on verifying the qualifying activity.

Fair use and respect

Use only your own authorised card. Do not falsify transactions, duplicate rewards, exploit technical faults, or pressure staff to issue unearned stamps. Treat staff and other customers respectfully. Report suspected errors or misuse so they can be investigated.

For participating businesses

Describe offers clearly, communicate any restrictions, keep staff informed, and handle customers’ card information only for the programme. Business access and commercial responsibilities are subject to a separate partnership agreement. Sending an enquiry does not automatically enrol a business.
